& REFUND POLICY
WITHIN UK: Royal Mail Delivery in the UK (3-4 working days): £3.95 plus tax (FREE on orders £70+). Depending on the size and weight of your order a courier may be used instead.
REST OF EUROPE: Royal Mail International Signed Delivery, Signed & Tracked where available (4-10 working days depending on the country): £8.95 plus tax (FREE on orders £100+). Depending on the size and weight of your order a courier may be used instead.
INTERNATIONAL: Royal Mail International Signed Delivery, Signed & Tracked where available (6-14 working days depending on the country): £11.95 plus tax if applicable (FREE on orders £100+). Depending on the size and weight of your order a courier may be used instead.
You will be responsible for all applicable taxes including import charges (if applicable) in your country. We shall not be liable for any such charge. Please contact the relevant customs office in your country to check if these apply.
The goods may be shipped directly by us or by one of our distributors.
Each year, we experience a surge in demand from our distributors during holidays and festive seasons. Royal Mail also advises to expect delays during peak surge times. Although we try our best to continue to supply all orders on time, sometimes things are beyond our control. Please expect of delay of up to 2 weeks days on online orders placed after 15 December. Things generally return to normal after the 5th of January.
If it has been more than 5 working days past your expected delivery date and you have not received your order, please contact our customer services by using the Contact form on the website, or by writing to PergatisCare@Pergatis.com.
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates for overseas delivery as they are subject to customs clearance in the destination country.
We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Products howsoever caused including but not limited to force majeure events.
Returns & Refunds
You may return any Product in its "original condition" for a full refund or exchange within 14 working days of delivery. Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the Product and the Products packaging has not been opened or damaged.
Please use the form on the Contact page so we can advise of the most efficient way of returning. Please provide the following details with your message:
- Your Name
- Your Address
- Order Number
- Reason for return/exchange
Once your message has been received, we will provide you with shipping details and a reference number to process your return / refund. Please note that returns and refunds cannot be processed without a reference number provided by us.
You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the Products to us. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.
If you are returning a faulty or damaged product(s), we will refund the cost of returning your order provided that you supply us with a delivery receipt.
Products purchased as a set can only be returned as a complete set, not as individual items.
If we have questions about the validity of the return, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
